Abdullah Sakkijha does not accept returns and refunds under any circumstance. It only accepts exchanges for other items available at the store.
If you receive a defective item, please inform us via our “Contact Us” page.
All exchanged items must be in mint condition and free of damages of any kind; otherwise, the exchange request will be denied. Damages include – but are not limited to – dents, scratches, stains, and missing pieces.
Exchange requests will not be accepted without the provision of the purchase invoice or a proof of purchase.
Exchange values are calculated based on the item’s value in its purchase invoice. General terms for exchange values are as follows:
Gold will be exchanged for 100% of its invoice value if returned within 5 days of purchase date.
